These two look like siblings and are not. The X-T20 uses the 24.3 MP X-Trans III sensor with the X-Processor Pro — the same sensor family as the X-T2 and X-Pro2. The X-T200 uses a conventional 24.2 MP Bayer sensor. Fuji's film simulations run on both, but the X-Trans colour rendering and the way it handles fine detail without an anti-aliasing filter is the thing people mean when they talk about the Fuji look. If that is why you are buying Fuji, the X-T20 is the body.
The X-T200 is the newer camera (2020 against 2017) and it shows in AF: 425 points with face and eye detection, against 325 points and no subject detection on the X-T20. Both record 4K/30. The X-T200 adds a 3.5-inch vari-angle screen that flips to face you, which is the entire pitch of that camera.
The X-T20 has the dial-driven top plate, a tilting touchscreen, and 350 shots CIPA. The X-T200 has fewer physical controls, the big articulating screen, and 270 shots. Weight is close: 383g against 370g. Neither is weather-sealed, and both take a single SD card.
Both are discontinued. Buy the X-T20 (899 USD at launch) for stills, colour, and a proper set of dials. Buy the X-T200 (799 USD) if you want the flip-out screen for video or self-recording and you care more about that than about sensor pedigree. For most people asking this question, the X-T20 is the better camera and the better keeper.
